KINDLING THE SOUL (No. 3)
A one-day workshop combining the complementary disciplines of family constellations and creative writing, co-facilitated by John Waite and Kate Pawsey
near Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire on
Saturday 3rd March 2018
from 10am till 5pm
Cost £70 -
Early bird fee of £60 for bookings received by Feb. 17th
This workshop offers the opportunity to work with two creative approaches to experience and to expression. In both family constellations and creative writing for therapeutic purposes, you are invited to go deeply into your embodied experiences and to follow these into movements and words. Both offer ways of experiencing and expressing a deeper level of meaning that goes beyond your familiar stories about yourself. The workshop will provide a safe space in which to experiment with words and movements both in structured exercises and in more free flowing constellations.

TASTER SESSION in writing for wellbeing, self-development and pleasure at the introductory rate of £10.
Venue: Beaufort Bookshop, Larkhall, Bath
Date: Sunday 25th February 2018
Time: 9.45am (for a 10am start) to 1pm
Are you someone who would like to write more, but who is inhibited by an over-zealous inner critic who pounces on your words almost before they have fully arrived on the page? Would you like to re-immerse yourself in stimulating process and give the critic a day off - to see what happens when you are in flow again? Or are you curious to see how writing can serve you as a tool or an ally – a kind of pop-up therapist, in the absence of a good friend, so that you have the space to find out what your feelings and thoughts are, before censoring them? If so, this workshop, might be for you.
